Topaz has a beautiful sparkle and can be found in a variety of colors. Lapis is very popular and very much in demand to the jewelry collector. White Turquoise is unique in it's distinctive white coloration and beautiful contrasting matrix. Malachite exhibits beautiful concentrations of stripes and circles within it's green coloration. Garnet is quite popular for it's brilliant appearance. Amber is naturally fossilized resin from ancient trees and not really a stone as is widely believed. Coral is a rock-like material which is formed underwater. Opal is the elegant and beautiful queen of gems. Moonstone is identified by it's soft and glowing white or blue sheen. Tiger Eye consists of compact fibers of quartz and appears as shimmering bands of light. Peridot is transparent in appearance and yellow to green in coloration. Tanzanite is a mineral which exhibits a beautiful violet to blue coloration. Amethyst is the most highly prized variety of quartz.
